If we need to cancel a class or trip...
due to severe weather conditions, water levels, or any unforeseen circumstance,
we will make every effort to schedule you into the next available class that fits
your schedule. If that cannot be arranged to your satisfaction, we will cheerfully
refund your money.
If you need to cancel on a class or trip...
due to any unforeseen circumstance,
we will make every effort to schedule you into the next available class that fits
your schedule. If that cannot be arranged the following refund policy will be in effect:
Cancellation prior to one week before class/tour: 100% refund.
Cancellation six to two days before class/tour: 75% refund.
Cancellation the day before class/tour: 50% refund.
Cancellation the day of class/tour: no refund.
