As avid kayakers my partner and I have often been asked “how do I learn to do that”?
We have been at a loss for a good answer. Over the last year or so,
we and others have tried to get whitewater and rec boating programs added to
existing curriculums, and to promote the classes that did exist. One day, Judi announced
“we are simply going to have to start our own school” and that is what we have done.
Our goal is to offer a program that will dovetail into the existing paddling community
here in the Cleveland area. Above all, we want to be responsive to the needs of our
students. We want to hear from you,
good or bad -

how we can improve.
Our mission is:
• To promote safety through education.
• To give people the opportunity to explore and grow in the sport that is our passion
• Most of all we want to ignite in others, the same passion we feel for kayaking.
Judi and Larry are dedicated to helping build a strong cohesive kayak community.
Only by working together, hand in hand, in a spirit of cooperation can we accomplish great things.

the precious resources that give us so much pleasure.
